Bruno Di Maio was born in Tripoli (Libya) of Italian parents. As a child, a long illness forced him to bed for a long time, fomenting his imagination and creativity, fundamental elements for what will be his passion: painting.
He attended the Art Institute of Perugia and Rome starting to work in the antiquarian environment of the capital. For a long time he devoted himself to restoration, acquiring prodigious technical skill. Painter, engraver, as well as an excellent watercolorist, he works mainly for international clients; his works are found not only in major Italian cities, but also in Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York, Tokyo and Madrid in public and private collections.
He currently lives and works in Tuscany.
