Renato Nosek

Renato Nosek was born in Venice in 1946 and has been a teacher of "pictorial disciplines" since 1971. From 68 ′, the year in which he completed his artistic studies, he has participated in numerous collective, group and personal exhibitions in various Italian and foreign cities. His first artistic phase, the one before 1990, the year that marks his entry into the artistic movement "The new Italian way", was characterized by a vision of painting as an extreme attention paid to reality and to the gnoseological research of the human condition, in sense of the relationship between the individual and reality. This is evident from the use of "a soft and warm brushstroke, which gives life to faces suffused with soft melancholy in the awareness of the lost value of one's own experience" as commented by M. Apa in the catalog of an exhibition held in Bari in 1988. Even before that that Nosek became part of "The new Italian way", a movement theorized by the art critic prof. G. Gatt, in his painting there was already a relationship with time as an immobile and blocked datum.
He currently lives and works as an internationally renowned artist.
